Please make sure to read my Terms of Service before ordering!

Payment:

• I only accept payment through PAYPAL
• I will start working on your commission when i've received the full payment.
• I wont accept refunds or major changes to the order once the sketch is finished and approved by the customer.

GENERAL TERMS:

• When commissioning me, please do so in a polite and nice manner.

• Provide clear references, i dont accept text as references no matter how detailed its described (except customs commissions)

• Follow the rules provided in my TOS, if you fail to do so i will decline your order.

• I have the right to cancel your order if i do not feel comfortable with drawing your character or if you have been disrespectful/rude in any way.

• If i accepted your commission and received payment but realize i cannot draw your character for whatever reason, i will either ask if you want me to draw another character of yours, or give you full refund.

• I have the right to increase the price if your character has a very detailed design or you want a very detailed illustration.

• Sometimes i cannot work with certain color palettes, so if i cant work with your character's color palette i might modify it a little, but only a little, i promise your character will always be recognizable.

• My art is constantly evolving and improving which means there will be some small changes from time to time in my work (anatomy, coloring, lineart etc) please keep that in mind!

• By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service and is expected and obligated to follow them. You are also automatically promising that you wont request any paypal chargebacks.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY:

I, the artist, holds every right to the produced artwork, however, in order to clear up what i mean with that i will list what im allowed to do with it down below. I will also list what you, as the commissioner, are allowed to do with the produced artwork along with what you are not allowed to do.

As the artist, im allowed to:
• Promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites.
• Post/display the artwork anywhere i want (on my Facebook and Twitter for example) but i will always give you proper credit as the owner of the character.
• Publish books with it.

As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
• Use the artwork in any way you want, as long its for personal use only.
• Repost the artwork on other websites as long you give me proper credit.
• Claim the right of the character but not the artwork.

You are NOT allowed to:
• Reproduce/using the artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
• Remove my watermark/signature.
• Edit/change the artwork without my permission.
